Yes...but for regional and interstate deliveries we can request a delivery date but cannot guarantee it will be delivered on that exact date. For metropolitan Adelaide deliveries, we can arrange delivery for your preferred weekday (and maybe some weekend days if your request comes early enough- additional charge may apply).

Shipping rates vary depending on purchase value, location and delivery speed, from FREE to a maximum of $20. Here is more details

- $10 same day Adelaide metro delivery (order must be placed before 10am and delivery may occur after business hours)

- $14.95 Standard shipping Australia-wide

- $20 Express shipping Australia-wide (orders placed before 11am dispatched same day)

- $10 Express shipping Australia-wide for orders over $180 (orders placed before 11am dispatched same day)

We pack all orders on the day of ordering, if this is before 10am it will be shipped that same day.

We use a range of couriers to obtain the best possible delivery times, depending on your choice at checkout and the delivery location, this may be anywhere from 1-7 business days (if the delivery location is remote this may be longer and you can contact us for a more detailed time frame if you require).

Yes, payments are made through Stripe (preferred) and PayPal using encryption and fraud prevention strategies trusted worldwide.

This is a hard one to answer, we are a small family business and are balancing work commitments with family life. Sometimes you will receive a reply almost instantly (this is our aim), but other times it may be a little longer (for example school pick up to bedtime can be pretty hectic for us, you might not hear back until late evening), but we will be doing our best to reply as promptly as possible.
